Smooth Check-In
For a smooth check-in and so you can immediately start enjoying your holiday, we suggest – if desired – filling out the following forms in advance and sending them back to info@nemodive.com, together with a copy of your passport or ID card.
Don’t forget: Bring your diving certification(s) and logbook with you.
Tip: Our services are exclusive of insurances. We recommend taking out good dive insurance (e.g. DAN) and travel insurance – so you are well protected throughout the entire trip.
- Medical Statement for Diving
Please read this form carefully and complete it fully.
Important: If you answered YES to questions 3, 5 or 10 OR to one or more questions on page 2, then form 2 must be completed and signed by a physician before you may participate in diving activities. - Physician’s Medical Statement
- Safe Diving Declaration
You declare that you are familiar with the safety rules of diving and agree to them. - Liability Release:
The Liability Release Form is a legal waiver for scuba diving.
By signing this form, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of diving and release Scuba Diving International, instructors, and providers from liability for possible injury or death.
4a. Liability Release with Guide
Use this form when you are diving under the supervision of a guide.
4b. Liability Release without Guide
Use this form when you are diving without the supervision of a guide.
Required Travel Documents
- International passport or identity card: You must hold a valid
passport or identity card that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Egypt.
If traveling with an identity card, you will also need one passport photo. - Tourist visa: You can buy a visa at Hurghada airport.
This is best done at one of the bank counters, located right before passport control. Indicative price for the visa: about €25 per person (subject to change). In advance, this can also be purchased online at Visa2egypt.gov.eg.
Airport Transfer:
Upon arrival at Hurghada Airport, the taxi driver from Nemo Dive Club & Hotel will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall of the terminal. You can recognize him by a sign saying “Nemo”.
- Terminal 1: at the tour operator waiting area (under the canopy), outside the terminal.
- Terminal 2: at the tour operator waiting area (near the supermarket), outside the terminal.

Wifi Internet
There is WIFI in the restaurant, reception and beach bar.
There is no WIFI in the rooms, if desired you can buy an internet SIM card for that at the reception or at the airport.
