Smooth Check-In
For a smooth check-in so you can immediately start enjoying your holiday, we recommend (if you wish) to fill in the following forms in advance and return them to info@nemodive.com, together with a copy of your passport or ID card.
Don’t forget: Bring your diving certificate(s) and logbook with you.
Tip: Our services do not include insurance. We strongly recommend taking out a good diving insurance (e.g. DAN) and a travel insurance – this way you are well protected throughout your entire trip.
- Medical Statement for Diving
Please read the medical questionnaire carefully and complete it fully before arrival.
*Important: If you answer YES to one or more questions (such as question 3, 5 or 10, or any questions on page 2), medical approval from a doctor is required before you can participate in diving activities. - Medical Statement by the Doctor

You declare that you know the safety rules of diving and agree to them. - Liability Release:
The Liability Release Form is a legal waiver for scuba diving.
By signing this form, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of diving and release Scuba Diving International, instructors and providers from liability for any possible injury or death.

Use this form when you dive under the supervision of a guide.

Required Travel Documents
- International passport or ID card: You must hold a valid passport or ID card that is valid for at least 6 months after your departure date from Egypt.
If you are travelling with an ID card, you also need one passport photo. - Tourist Visa: At Hurghada Airport you can purchase a visa.
It is best to do this at one of the bank counters located to the right before passport control. Indicative price for the visa: approximately €25 per person (subject to change). You can also purchase it online in advance via Visa2egypt.gov.eg.
Airport Transfer:
Upon arrival at Hurghada Airport, the taxi driver from Nemo Dive Club & Hotel will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall of the terminal.
You will recognise him by a sign with “Nemo”.
– Terminal 1: at the tour operator waiting area (under the canopy), outside the terminal.
– Terminal 2: at the tour operator waiting area (near the supermarket), outside the terminal. If there is a delay or you do not see our driver immediately, you can contact Ahmed Ismail directly on +20 100 364 8708.
WiFi & Internet
There is WiFi in the restaurant, reception and beach bar.
There is no WiFi in the rooms. If desired, you can purchase an internet SIM card at the reception or at the airport.
