A large school of barracuda normally hangs just below the surface. There are bigeye emperors and snappers circling around the tops. The sharp-eyed diver who examines the seagrass may come across a pair of seamoths. Eagle rays and whitetip reef sharks are not unusual, and even dugong sightings have been reported here.
